ZEE HYGINE PRODUCTS PVT. LTD. was formed in 1994, which has a vast experience in manufacturing and marketing of cosmetics and ayurvedic products for more than 25 years.

Its Business structure is configured in 3 large sectors - Formulation, Manufacturing & Marketing. The company has adopted the art of making qualified and hygienic products by passing all the laboratory tests. It also occupies the professional marketing crew to promote the products.

PREMISES

The Premises of Zee Hygine comprises of 4 Manufacturing Rooms such as Hair Oil & Ointment Section, Cream & Shampoo Section, Powder Section and Ayurvedic Products Section. The same classification applies to 4 Filling rooms as well. Apart from these, the Company has storage rooms for both Raw Material as well as Packing Material.

PLANT & MACHINARIES

The company has a vast variety of manufacturing as well as filling machines which are fully automatic in nature. It has a total of 2 fully automatic liquid filling and capping machine, 2 labelling Machines, 2 Domino Inject Printers, 2 Sink Tunnels, 2 Strapping Machines, 2 Liquid Mixing machine with homogenizer, 1 Ointment Manufacturing and Filling Machine, 1 Talc Manufacturing & Filling Machine, 1 Tube Filling Machine and a 6 Track Pouch Filling Machine along with a storage vessel which has a capacity of 1,20,000 Litres.

QUALITY MEASURES

We at Zee Hygine strive to provide the Best Quality cosmetic products for our customers which is taken care by the highly equipped inhouse laboratory which consists of instruments like High-Speed Emulsifier, Digital PH Meter, Digital TDS Meter, Muffle Furnance 900’c, ABBE Refractometer along with the RO Plant installed with DM facility and ETP Plant for the water treatment.
